The hot breakfasts are classic and nice, made with good ingredients. The room is functional, beautifully maintained, and decorated in a modern style.- The location is marvellous and beautiful, situated close to the shopping centre in a chic style building.

This place has a fantastic location with great parking, conveniently close to Westfield shopping mall.

The staff here were very friendly and always available.

The rooms here are nice, with an electric kettle and a fridge, making for a great stay during my business trip.

The classic breakfasts at K West Hotel & Spa were thoroughly enjoyed with good ingredients. The location of the hotel is marvellous for exploring the mostly residential area, being conveniently close to the Westfield shopping centre and tube station.

The place was fairly clean and intimate. The staff were easygoing and respectful. The restaurant was good for breakfast, and we ordered excellent dishes. The bed was comfy, and there was a couch, a lounge area, and a safe too. The location was particularly good, perfect for our Christmas. Hammersmith district was worth exploring. Loved our stay here and recommend.

The English breakfast was delicious with thick bowls, toast, and muffins; the staff was extremely polite and the services provided were incredible, plus having a bar in the lobby was a nice touch.

We loved staying at this luxurious hotel. The reception staff were very nice and offered us an upgrade on the room upon our arrival. The room itself was incredibly spacious and clean, with all the amenities we could ask for. The location of this hotel was perfect, as it was just a short walk away from the bustling Westfield and Shepherd's Bush Station, yet it still felt quiet and tranquil. We were able to easily access shops and the underground, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile and going above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
